Your privacy is deeply respected. We collect only the information you provide (e.g., intake form, session notes, recordings, contact info) to support your care. All data is stored securely (encrypted, password-protected) and is never sold or shared, except if legally required (e.g., risk of harm). Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

2. Disclaimer

Educational & Supportive Not Medical Care

The Embodied Architect provides trauma-informed coaching, integrative tools, and somatic practices for personal development and nervous system regulation. These services are complementary in nature and are not licensed by the state of California. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical or psychiatric care. In accordance with California Senate Bill SB‑577, services are offered as alternative and complementary to licensed health care and are not a substitute for medical or mental health support. If you are in crisis or require clinical diagnosis or treatment, please seek support from a licensed provider.

3. Terms of Use

By using this site or booking sessions, you agree:

  • Respect our intellectual property—do not copy or redistribute materials without permission.

  • Adhere to our booking policies: 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Accept that sessions are confirmed upon payment, and prices reflect current rates.

  • Understand sessions may be recorded for your personal use only; public sharing requires separate written consent.

  • Recognize that all materials, frameworks, and artwork remain the property of The Embodied Architect.

  • If outside California or the U.S., you agree that services are governed by California law and understand that privacy laws may differ by country.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of California, United States. Clients and The Embodied Architect agree to seek mediation before any legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Embodied Architect and its facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, content, or participation in sessions. You assume full responsibility for your participation and results.

6. Indemnification

By using these services, you agree to indemnify and hold The Embodied Architect harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or website.

7. Media &Testimonials

Sessions or events may occasionally be filmed, recorded, or photographed for educational or promotional purposes. Your consent will always be requested in advance, and you may decline at any time. By sharing a testimonial, you grant The Embodied Architect permission to use your first name and words in marketing or educational materials. You may request edits or removal at any time.
